SHIPPING/RETURNS

SHIPPING

All our items are shipped via Trackable couriers such as DPD or UPS. 

We have a quick turnaround on all orders and aim to get your order prepared and dispatched within 3-5 working days, during busy periods this can overrun slightly. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Our Shipping rates are charged per box, and are as follows:

UK excl. NI (30kg per box) - £15

Europe (30kg per box) - £25 - £40

Rest of World (30kg per box) - £125 - £250

 

TAXES/DUTIES

Customers overseas do not pay VAT at checkout. Only UK customers pay this, charged at 20%.

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, Duties and Taxes may therefore be due upon delivery. We are not responsible for these costs. Should an overseas over be rejected, we will deduct any incurred fees from your refund, which could prove costly.

We therefore advise all customers outside of the United Kingdom, to familiarise themselves with their respective tax laws that they are responsible for accounting for.

All costs are reclaimable through the customers business via their local tax/VAT office.

 

RETURNS

Thrift Vintage Wholesale LTD sells strictly B2B (Business to Business) transactions.  This differs from UK consumer law covering B2C (Business to Consumer).

We are happy for the customer to return the order for exchange, store credit or refund excluding postage. We are not obliged to cover postage costs.  This includes both the original postage paid, and the returned postage costs.  Furthermore, any original taxes or duties paid are not refundable, and are beared by the customer. All returns must be sent via a trackable service.

For a return to be valid, we must receive a return request via email within 72 hours of receiving. Customers then have 5 working days to have the boxes returned to our warehouse, 12 working days if overseas. The items purchased must be received by ourselves in the same condition it was sent out. We log every item sent prior to postage, as such any tampering, removing of items, or replacement of items will be refused a return.  Following this an invoice will be sent to have the goods sent back to your address.

All returns must be sent to the following address, and clearly marked RETURN OF GOODS.
